Damaged product
I emailed regarding an issue with my purchase and CS responded quickly and efficiently to replace the damaged item. It’s the holiday period so may take time for the replacement. However, they informed me about this.

So impressed with our soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. They are extremely well made and sturdy - we wanted something of hotel standard for our bathroom, and these exceeded my expectations. It's useful to be able to choose the combination of bottles for each bracket. They look great and are so stylish. The finish on them is lovely, built to last, and they look amazing in my bathroom. Very happy customer!
