Really pleased with my purchase
I love these, really well made, I brought the first set and was so pleased I brought two more sets, delivery was fast, packing was excellent and product is 5 star quality, I was a bit concerned the labels may get wet and fall off but so far they are on for good and look like new, I would recommend this product

Missing pieces
The products itself are lovely. However one of the bottles did not have the pump provided. For the price and the advert claiming to be a luxury brand it's very disappointing.
I did email them informing them that one bottle had no pump. But I haven't had a reply. From their contact us page or live chat.

There was a problem (my doing) with the shipping address and it was sorted promptly and politely. Product good, and was better value than similar elsewhere.

Frosted amber dispenser set
The frosted amber dispensers look nice in theory, but the two bottles I received are noticeably different shades of amber which makes them look mismatched when displayed together, one has bumps on the surface. NAMIE said these are “calibration marks,” yet only one bottle has them. The pumps work fine, but the colour and texture inconsistencies make the set look like two different products rather than a matching pair.
I appreciate NAMIE’s quick response, but I would have expected better quality control for items sold as a coordinated set.
