A great company! I received the deed polls very quickly and they were very good quality. They were quite a bit cheaper too. Highly recommended.

my grandson told me about Name Change
my grandson told me about Name Change, as he had changed his name by Deed Poll. And he told me it was a good company. I decided to do it and was amazed how quick I found the documents in my hand. And it cost me less then £50 to it.

Simple, easy and cheap
So I have been meaning to get rid of my name for ages. Thinking that the process would be both costly and problematic I constantly procrastinated. I did a little bit of research and discovered that the process was quick and easy.
It was a simple procedure and hardly cost anything.

Very simple and fast
Very simple and fast, the process is easy write down your previous name and new name then your two characters or do this later (once you're certificates arrive) then pay. I brought extra 5 certifciates (10 in total) so i could send them out to multiple places. I ordered at the beginning of the week (Tuesday), and I received the certificates four days after (Saturday) not bad. I've already started the steps on changing my name with HRMC, passport office, DVLA etc. The bank process was easy. I walked into the branch and told them, showed them and it's all done names have been changed. I would recommend this service it works and no problems so far👌

Say that they offer same day printing…
Say that they offer same day printing then send Royal Mail 24 hour.
The confirmation email they've sent her then says 2 working days to process and will be sent Royal Mail 48. We ordered Wednesday, now going into the weekend and still not delivered.
When chasing, I got the reply:
Hi,
I'd be more than happy to help.
Looking at the order I can see we sent a thank you email shortly after the order was placed, this should have the subject "Your Name Change Order is Complete".
Our processing and delivery timeframe is stated during the online form, it can take up to two working days for your documents to be processed and then we ship them with Royal Mail. I've included the snippet below.
"Our standard processing time can be up to 2 working days, but with our expedited service we aim to process your document same or next working day and we'll send Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery)."
Reply: saying its going to take 4x as long AFTER ordering is disingenuous hence the bad review. Enjoy!

As mentioned in the email conversation and the messaging on our website, we do offer same-day printing and Royal Mail Tracked24 shipping when you purchase our expedited service. We're sorry for any confusion caused, but we do state this multiple times across the website and in the 'order complete' email you receive.
Excellent service
All done online but very quick replies to queries. Service was polite and friendly. Whole process was speedy and accurate.
