No delivery, no resolution
REPLY 2: So no longer claiming it's another company then. That's a good start. Your further blatant data breach publishing my personal name on a public forum will now also be reported to the ICO as well as Trustpilot. As you were aware from the start - well over a month ago! - I needed this document for urgent purposes. I have made it entirely clear to you that 1, I was at home all day and no attempt was made, that this is typical of Correos, 2, that I am unable to collect it for reasons stated and 3, that they subsequently decided to deliver backdated/accumulated mail anyway and your certificate was not there. Hmm! Despite paying you £81 - way above others' pricing - you couldn't even manage to ensure it ever reached me. You have been as dismissive, petulant and unhelpful throughout your responses to this matter as you have been in your reply on here. You don't know why I'm reacting this way? Wow. Just wow. You will be held accountable.
REPLY: Err no. I checked the details and the email listed on your website is the one associated with this ordeal. Seeing as I've been communicating with one of the three directors I'm quite sure you are fully aware of this situation. Formal action is already underway.
Absolutely dreadful. Certificate not received after nearly 3 weeks - no word from them - needed urgently told they're holding up a very important application and they refuse to resolve the non-delivery issue despite formal warnings of further action.. which I will now be pursuing. Like anyone needs to deal with the likes of these people!

Dear Leila,
We did the work as instructed and posted to your address in Spain as instructed. Correos (the local Spanish postal delivery company) attempted delivery as per the tracking information we provided you (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RK221286940GB and https://www.correos.es/es/es/herramientas/localizador/envios/detalle?tracking-number=RK221286940GB) but were unable to deliver. They state that no-one was in and have left instructions with you on how to collect your deed poll from them.
If you feel that Correos are lying to you and never attempted delivery, nor left a card, then we are sorry to hear that. As per their website tracking, they state it is ready for collection. Just bring a form of photo ID and the tracking number (if they did not leave a card).
What's going to happen:
1) You collect the package from your local Spanish delivery office. You will have your deed poll and your "urgent" need for it for "a very important application" is satisfied.
2) You continue to refuse to collect the package. Your urgent need for it comes and goes. Correos will return the package to us in the UK within the next couple months via snail mail (Air Mail) after holding onto it at your local delivery office for 15 days. When we receive it back in the office, we can arrange for redelivery. Your delivery is not considered lost as Correos are able to tell us exactly which local delivery office your package is being kept at.
I do not understand why you are reacting like this. You claim to have an urgent need for your deed poll, and Correos state it is waiting for you at your local Correos delivery office, yet you refuse to collect it. I don't know what more we can do to assist you - the Correos tracking information (which we have supplied to you previously) even states the location of your local delivery office. If you're taking a principled stance - good luck with that, but you could just accept that these things happen, collect the package and get on with your life.

Don't trust this company!!!
I ordered a deed poll for myself for name change aswell as to have a copy for myself, I paid around £60 for speedy tracked delivery and I waited 2 weeks.. heard nothing I emailed the company and they basically sent me the same email twice about how its on its way yet they didn't send me a royal mail tracking number?. I. Waited another 2 weeks still nothing so I emailed in for a refund ( there isn't a number to call sadly I did look) they then sent me an emails saying they are going to send a deed poll my way anyways wether I like it or not.. I had to contact my bank in order to get my money back. I gladly got my money back but they still sent me a deed poll that is void ( meaning it has no use at all.) In total I waited a month for nothing.
Shambles of a company and I would not recommend unless you want to get ripped off!

I am sorry to hear of the terrible experience you had with another company (deedpolls-online.co.uk). We are deedpollsonline.co.uk. Our telephone number is clearly listed on our website (0333 444 8484) and I can assure you we do not treat our customers like they have treated you.
Perhaps have a look at their TrustPilot page and see if all the 1 star reviews they have received sound just like the experience you had with them? Also, our order numbers are five digits long and begin with either a 3 or 5. If you check your confirmation order I'm sure you will see you ordered from them and not us.
If it's not too much to ask, can you please remove this review from our TrustPilot page and place it on theirs? They are a known scam and you are not the first person to leave a review on our TrustPilot page that was meant for them. It is important the public are made aware that they are a scam.
