Still waiting on the correct item
Like thenproducts you have just not your fulfillment center. Iordered 2 sets of base/top coat lacquere nail polish, only received the base coat. Reached out to get it fixed. Was sent the no wipe nail top coat which i did not order. Reached out again they sent be two more lacquered base coats. Reached out once again and the notified me...it was out of stock.wtf and I Still have not received what I ordered but kindly told I could keep what was sent that was not right! So disappointed

Customer care service is not helpful
Customer care service is not helpful. I wanted to cancel my subscription, and it was very tricky to just find the tabs or links to complete this. Nothing on the spill page helps you when you log in to your account. I had to spend 30 minutes just to navigate where the manage your membership tab was and it was when I logged out where it appeared. You will need also a transaction number to get to the manage your membership page. I will be even more upset if they don't refund the unused store credit I accumulated. I will not recommend this brand.

I love their products. I signed up for the Boo club and now I have a giant box full of beautiful nail dip powder. It’s gorgeous. I love them!

Nail bow is OK
Nail bow is OK. It didn’t seem as easy as they made it sound it damaged my nails just like salons did and it was very thick on my nail. I mean it just came out thick. Everything I bought and I bought like 200 $250 worth of stuff I just ended up selling it all my stuff I didn’t even keep any of it so that that’s my personal opinion

Issue Fix- No Problem!
I've been a customer of NailBoo for 6 years, and I've loved the dip powders and getting better at using them- I almost feel like a pro!
I recently had a billing issue and they were able and willing to rectify that issue without any back
-and-forth stuff, and they were so sweet and kind and friendly during the process.
I'm delighted to be a NailBoo customer and will be for many years to come!

I love the opportunity for amazing deals on amazing products! Nailboo gives me the opportunity to enjoy girly nights at a fraction of the cost of a salon with far better quality products. There’s always some promo or discount, making Nailboo even more affordable than in store products that are full of harmful chemicals and don’t last long.
