Wij hadden in de sale 2 broeken en 2 t-shirts besteld. De bestelling kwam binnen 2 werkdagen binnen en wij waren super enthousiast. Helaas was er iets mis gegaan met onze bestelling want we hadden 1 van de 2 broeken in de verkeerde kleur opgestuurd gekregen. Wij hadden een berichtje gestuurd via de site waar we helaas geen melding terug van kregen, dus besloten we via hun instagram een berichtje te sturen. Via hun instagram kregen we binnen hetzelfde uur een reactie van een super lieve medewerker, die dezelfde dag nog de juiste broek naar ons heeft gestuurd (zonder extra kosten) met zelfs een gratis goodie erbij. Overall een super goede ervaring gehad met de klantenservice. Wij zullen zeker nog is bestellen!

Mega goede service! Ik had 1 keer een foutje met mijn bestelling, heb direct een dag later een nieuwe T-shirt opgestuurd gekregen. Ook toen ik een T-shirt wilde om ruilen voor een andere maat, had ik gemaild met de track en tracé en werd ik gebeld dat mijn T-shirt in een andere maat direct opgestuurd werd en ik hem morgen in huis zou hebben! Dit was omzoomd.
Ook wilde ik graag een trui hebben die niet meer op voorraad kwam. Ze hadden er nog 1 achter in maat L. Deze mocht ik proberen en kreeg zelfs een gratis retour label mocht deze niet passen.
Nu kreeg ik ook nog 20% korting omdat die avond zo’n zelfde soort trui in de sale kwam! Echt super!! Zeker een aanrader en ga zeker vaker bestellen🩷

Naetur has very good products that doesnt fade with water, even though there has been a mistake with my order and long waiting, they managed to find a solution the same day, next morning i receved not only the correct order but also some gifts! (They also let me keep as a gift the wrong item that came first)

Ik had één vraag over de maten van een van de sweater en heb heel snel een antwoord gekregen. De klantenservice was super aardig en lief.
De producten van Naetur zijn ook super mooi en de kwaliteit is top!
Ik ben heel erg blij met mijn inkopen en zou altijd weer bij Naetur bestellen 😍

Had an amazing experience, first order was a bracelet which is GOEGROUS, second was a ring with strass, unfortunatly after a few months i lost a strass and send an email to the Naetur team, i had an answer in a few minutes and they resend me the same ring on the same day, it's been a minute since i had such a quick and responsable brand with an amazing customer service agent, thank you Naetur, will continue to order for sure!

Not a good experience with this brand. Had bought two rings that were both broken after 3 months. Very unfortunate. I know brands that are cheaper and provide better quality. I would not buy there again.

Hele fijne service! De sluiting van mijn oorbel was in een korte tijd stukgegaan. Maar dit heb ik erg fijn kunnen oplossen met het bedrijf! Super!

Heel erg goed geholpen door de klantenservice!! Mooie producten en snelle service! Aanrader. Na een klein defect mocht ik zelfs iets uit de nieuwe collectie uitzoeken. Top!

Awful company to work with as B2B partner. They are not reliable as a partner. As an entrepeneur i'm very dissapointed in this company. They let you make all kinds of concepts and don't pay them in the end. Don't let young people make important decisions in your company and give your suppliers trust if you can't make it afterall. Still discussing about everything one year (!!) later.

Honestly the best costumer care ever.
It’s my second order with this company and I have to say that they have beautiful jewelry, that doesn’t fade away, and in addition they are so so kind.
With the first order they sent me a wrong ring but they provided immediately to send me the right ring, so I have received as gift the first one. Then with the most recent purchase, as the made a mistake giving me the wrong size, they gifted me with another ring and a necklace.
I wanted to thank especially Boris that was very professional.
I recommend Naetur 100%.

I sent 10 emails about refund, still no answer, waiting refund 2 months.

Super quality and beautiful products ! Unfortunately some products were broken. After an email a super fast response back from great customer service. Directly helped with new products. Super happy 🤩 I can walk again in the most beautiful clothes ! 10 for the service !

12 days after my order, didn't receive any tracking info of my order, still waiting... tried email customer service, sent DM on Instagram and also comment on the post. None of them working, I was so looking forward to this brand, but now I don't know what to say.
