Goede kwaliteit, nog betere service
Al meerdere keren producten besteld op Naetur, twee joggingsets en een sporttas om precies te zijn. Joggingsets zijn ruim, en perfecte comfy fit. De sporttas was kapot bij aankomst. Heb hierdoor contact gehad met de klantenservice, en kreeg een nieuwe toegestuurd. Ik kan het alleen maar aanraden

"shipping the same day" but order's still not shipped after 2 weeks
First of: he quality is always amazing!
The sizing is a little bit off but once you found your size it is easy to order (I am "mid size" but a size s is baggy on me).
BUT I always have problems with the shipping! On the website is says "shipping the same day" > I ordered on the 27.11. and I still have no notification that my order has been shipped. Need to have it before Christmas and a two week delay is already a lot (without amy notification). I have had this shipping problem twice now and never gotten help from the customers service or the instagram page. I have to write a review for them to notice.
Edit:
The order arived without notice and tracking number and was delivered to an office because I was not home (had a notification in my letter box yesterday). The woman at the post office said it had no tracking because it was marked as a "letter" but was actually a package. A bit weird.

Lækkert tøj og god kundeservice
Tøjet er virkelig lækkert både i snit og materiale, og smykkerne er som på billederne.
Derudover er det en super kunde service! En af de varer jeg havde bestilt var skadet da jeg modtog det, så jeg skrev til kundeservice om problemet. De svarede indenfor et døgn at de ville sende mig et nyt produkt magentil, hvilket ankom til mig indenfor få dage. Og jeg behøvede ikke engang at returnere det skadede produkt.

I ordered a hoodie on the 28th of May…
I ordered a hoodie on the 28th of May during summer sales and I haven't received it yet. I haven't received any update about my order from Naetur nor from Post NL since the 31st of May and I'm still waiting. I reached out to customer service but got no response. No hoodie and no refund. Terrible experience!
