Ett företag som initialt gav ett väldigt seriöst och professionellt intryck. Allt fungerade bra i början, kommunikationen var tydlig och upplägget kändes tryggt.

Tyvärr förändrades bilden helt när de plötsligt skickade ut ett avtal om borgensåtagande – något som varken var tydligt kommunicerat eller förväntat från start. Det upplevdes som både oprofessionellt och olämpligt i sammanhanget.

Det här är en typ av villkor som bör vara extremt tydlig från början, inte komma i efterhand.

We’ve been using this app in our company for a while now, and honestly, it has made a huge difference in our day-to-day operations. Everything feels smoother, more organized, and much more efficient. It’s one of those tools you didn’t realize you were missing until you actually start using it.
Onboarding was quick, and the platform itself is very intuitive. Even for team members who aren’t particularly tech-savvy, it was easy to get started without much friction.

What really stands out, though, is the support. Fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Max—if you get the chance to speak with him, you’re in great hands. Professional, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are solved properly.

As a business owner, I truly appreciate tools that not only deliver on their promises but also back it up with great service. This team is clearly doing something right, and it shows.

Mynt is a fantastic tool for our business. Love the integration to "Spris", it makes everything so much easier. The support Nikki was very helpful and very polite.

One thing I wish for is that when you have the Premium pack, you could make business expenses from your private money, it would be nice if you could pay back the employe directly from mynt!

Very good app and great service. Super helpful with getting started and other support questions. Very simple and easy to use the virtual cards etc. Simplifies for example managing multiple small subscriptions in my business.

I had some technical issues with the App glitching however Nikki was quick, professional and proactive in getting them resolved. Customer service is excellent.

Nikki at Mynt has been sooooooo wonderful to work with.

I ran into some tech issues and Nikki was extremely responsive and even spent 30 minutes on the phone troubleshooting with me.

Challenges happen but knowing you have great customer support to get you through it, makes it worth it!

Det jag vill betygssätta och VARNA FÖR är Fortnox företagskort. Kortet är utfärdat i samarbete med MYNT AB och det underlättar visserligen bokföring av transaktioner inne i Fortnox.
MEN, vi råkade ut för att några transaktioner, som vi inte kände igen debiterades oss. Vi stängde direkt av kortet, MEN det var inte enkelt att klaga på detta eller få hjälp. Vi hade råkat ut för ett bedrägeri. Vi bollades mellan Fortnox & Mynt, och ingen tog i början ansvar för att ta hand om detta.
Mynt tog till slut hand om processen, men... slutresultatet blev dessutom att vi får stå för kostnaden, trots att de inte kan visa HUR eller NÄR vi har verifierat de felaktiga transaktionerna (vi vet att vi inte gjort det). Jag undrar om bankernas bedrägeriavdelningar hade agerat på samma sätt som Mynt? Vet inte, men Mynt (eller Fortnox som förmedlar korten) tar i alla fall inte något ansvar! Undvik dessa kort!

Efterspel:
5 november svara mynt till oss att de "har tillhandahållit all information om bland annat tidpunkt, geografisk plats, belopp och handelsplats för de berörda transaktionerna" - detta stämmer INTE! Den enda information jag fått av dem är det som fanns på det första utdraget, datum, belopp samt försäljningsställe! De har inte uppvisat på något sätt hur vi skulle ha verifierat transaktionen, och de tar inget ansvar överhuvudtaget för att transaktionen kunnat utföras utan vår verifikation!

Mynt is a gamechanger for us. Time to complete expense reporting has changed from avoided work taking a day at end of each month to direct handling and happy faces! Thank you!

Great customer service. Great rates. Compared to their competitors like Cardboard or anyone else, Mynt is just delivering the best overall product to the most reasonable price. I have tested, i have been frustrated, but now I am happy.
