worst company ever, avoid to buy anything, item bought on irish web site, dispatched from eu and still nothing almost a month, no item and i cant get my refund.

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered and paid infull on 4th Nov, and I have yet to receive my order, despite the website assuring 7-14 day delivery. Online chat useless, I am now being told I have to wait 28 days for a refund, They are unable to provide tracking details and are blaming the postal service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The product arrived but it took twice as long as the maximum promised. They were evasive about the shipping service and wouldn't tell me who they shipped it with. When it did arrive, it came from a distribution centre in Holland, not Switzerland. I suspect the reason it takes so long to arrive is that is coming from somewhere in the Far East.

Scam artists. Do not deal. Ordered a drive which said immediate delivery and I paid for priority delivery. I have no idea where from.... On receipt of your money they tell you it will take 14 working days (that's priority) and they bombard you with 'free cash back' offers that are actually hidden subscription services.
Avoid at all costs. NOT a trustworthy company.

Great price and delivered on time. Item is as described. Satisfied customer.

Post paid delivery took only 7 days which is as good as any other supplier.
Product exceeded my expectation for a refurbished item.

Ordered an item from their website. Next day the item's description had changed. Contacted them and they gave me a refund. Was waiting for my package to arrive for 3 weeks (the 14 business days advised) and it hadn't come. The courier couldn't find my house (despite having my eircode which shows you exactly where the house is) and it took them a week to find out that the courier was sending the item back to their warehouse. Received my refund today, over 4 weeks after I ordered with them. Only good thing about them is that they were fairly good with corresponding with me, although they usually took a day to reply for any actual questions.

Stay away! scammers! I bought, I paid 07 january 2020. Since then I have neither item nor information

The other reviews were def right about this company.Priority Delivery means your order only jumps to the front of their Factory Que.The dispatch then does not come from the UK as u think it would.The invoice has company labelled in Switzerland & the postcode was from sch town in the Nederlands.Figure that one out.

Even in the midst of a global pandemic, this company shines with the dull sheen of bullsh!t. Oh they've got everything and anything and free delivery....if/when it eventually arrives.

I've been contacting their excuse for "support" and have been told it's going to be 3 weeks (or 14 "working" days) to ship to Ireland from the UK.....with no tracking.

This really does stink of dropshipping from China. If I wanted to wait weeks for an order from China, I'd do it myself. Back to Amazon....bye!

Terrible delivery wait and paid for priority and it’s been 10 working days and no reply from their email

Package has not arrived
I ordered a pair of landline phones from this site on 14th Oct, and received the "order dispatched" email the following day. A week later I emailed to ask for an estimated delivery time, The response from the company was "We can confirm your order was dispatch on 15/10/2019 and our estimated delivery is 5-10 working days".

I opened a "paypal dispute" on 2nd Nov and the response from the company was:
"It appears we are seeing some delays from around this dispatch date (15-10-2019). Whilst we realise this is a frustrating matter, we can assure you we have now had confirmation from other customers that their delayed packages are being received, if we could ask that you allow a little longer for your order to arrive, it would be very much appreciated"

Today is Monday 11th Nov and still no delivery. I think I will have to escalate to PayPal to get my refund. I will update this ticket whatever the eventually (and upgrade the review if the item does actually arrive)

For full disclosure, I used this company twice before, for microsd memory cards, most recently in 2018. On those occasions, the goods arrived without any issues.

Avoid. Placed order which was sent to wrong address. Had to wait for refund around 2 months. Probably wouldn’t get it anyway luckily I’ve paid by PayPal so they helped me out.

The delivery could have been a little quicker and as there is no way of tracking it can be slightly worrying that your package wont arrive - I ordered on the 27 July and received my items today 9 August. I was starting to wonder and I read some of these reviews and was very concerned as I had ordered 3 items totalling 90 euro. That said, the items came, well packaged and all look perfect so I am happy, the items were far cheaper than anywhere else so if you are happy to wait then I would recommend this site.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS FAKE!!!!! Made the mistake of thinking I was getting a bargain on a memory card, Never received it and the customer service just keeps sending an automated email saying your order is on the way. Do yourself a favor pay the extra couple of € and buy from amazon this website is a scam.

First and last time using mymemory.ie. My order was dispatched on the 10/06 and it is now 27/06 and still no delivery, emailed them and was told wait a few more days as there may be a delay with the postal service. Do not order from this company it's better to pay a few extra Euro and order from the likes of Amazon etc which are reliable.

Still no sign of delivery 9 days after the order was placed. Avoid!

Ordered and paid for a Samsung phone battery on May 2nd: it's now May 22nd and the battery has not arrived.
Template responses from Mymemory repeatedly say that it will be here in a few days.
I doubt it - very poor service.

I ordered an electric toothbrush and it arrived within a few days. Perfect condition and all was fine. I would recommend this company.
