AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is NOT an Irish company and they do NOT have an office in Ireland. They are in the UK and shipping products from China. They claim their warehouse is in Switzerland but it takes 15 days to ship to Ireland. Terrible customer service, i will never use this company again.

Brilliant
Brilliant! Delivery on time. Not particularly fast shipping, but, delivered by the last day stated in the ad. The shipping package was excellent and the memory card in it's original packaging with no damage or bending whatsoever. Thank you very much. I will be buying more from my memory.ie soon

Good price for Remington corded…
Good price for Remington corded epilator,about 15 euro,fast shipping from UK to IE,clear statement.
However,the epilator is super noisy and extremely painful but works perfectly as an epilator.If u don't mind people thinking u mowing all the times,go ahead,it clears hair efficiently at a good price, loud noise.

Company appeared to be in Ireland, but after I purchased it became clear they were in the UK.
I was advised that I should receive my item within 9-15 working days (!), but after 10 working days I have yet to receive a shipping notification. Terrible service

OK If you are not in a hurry.
First note that this is NOT an Irish company. It is a UK Company that uses a .ie domain name.
I ordered a Micro USB card reader and some cards paid extra money for express service, only to be informed that my order was going to take up to 15 days to arrive, due to Brexit, Pandemic or some other unknown situation. I contacted another UK company, ordered a superior grade of reader and cards and that order arrived in 3 days. Over a period of 14 and 17 days later the Mymemory order arrived in 3 separate packages.

Transaction was Ok but standard delivery to ROI is so slow
Standard delivery to ROI was slow before Brexit and it may be slower now. My memory card may have shipped within 24 hours but then took the maximum 3 weeks to arrive. 7DayShop is faster, if they have the stock.

I received my item today
I received my item today. Yes I was worried about the time it took but this Covid lockdown does affect delivery times... it took one week more to arrive but the item arrived perfectly packaged today....To those who are giving negative comments, please give at least a month in these circumstances before making a review... (I am NOT a MyMemory employee or associated in any way)

Item taking way too long to come
I ordered an item and it has taken way longer than expected. Getting in contact gave me no help whatsoever as no parcels are tracked and they can’t promise when packages will be delivered. Would not recommend for items you want quickly even when u choose priority delivery which I did very disappointed in the service

Ordered a SSD on 25/01/2021 and still not arrived.
No communication from Mymemory and no tracking provided.
Ordered similar SSD on Amazon on the same day and it arrived on 29/01/202.

I have bought on a number of occasions…
I have bought on a number of occasions without an issue, however my November purchase has not arrived 4 weeks later. They just don't care. I has asked for a refund, still waiting.
Recently had an issue with a shipment from China, funds returned to my account in 10 minutes, service!

No delivery of product i bought.5 weeks later asked to check with neighbours to see if my package was delivered to them.Ridiculous.....
Was then told they would ship another.....
Still waiting.....
My advice would be DO NOT BUY
