When I received my highly anticipated earrings they were both damaged. The hoops were broken and twisted and I was very disappointed. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and said they would get back to me with a resolution. Within hours they contacted me again and told me they were sorry for my experience and would send out a new set of earrings immediately. This is what I call excellent customer service. I would buy from them again because they made me feel like I can trust them.

Sollte ein Geschenk sein. Ärgerlich, dass das Preisetikett nicht zu entfernen war, ohne Klebstoffspuren zu hinterlassen. Das müsste doch auch anders möglich sein.

How ever I of the jewels has come out of backing I emailed customer er services to ask what glue they recommended to reattach jewel to backing but no response very disappointing
