Unexpected payment attempt after cancellation request
At first, I had an issue where the company tried to charge my card again even after I asked to cancel the subscription. It was frustrating, but I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly. They helped me cancel everything properly and made sure no more charges would happen. I appreciate the support and the fast solution.

Pratique trompeuse – tentative de chantage au remboursement
J’ai passé commande le 16 juin 2025 sur Myholidayfinds pour un coffret de parfum à 9,99 €. Après réception, le site m’a proposé un remboursement uniquement si je laissais un avis positif sur Trustpilot.
J’ai refusé de céder à cette forme de chantage et, malgré mes 8 relances (dont 7 automatiques et une seule réponse humaine), je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée.
Ce genre de pratique est profondément malhonnête : manipuler les avis clients pour soigner son image au lieu d’assumer ses engagements réels.
J’ai signalé ce comportement à la DGCCRF et j’invite vivement les autres consommateurs à la plus grande prudence.
Les entreprises qui tentent de forcer des avis positifs contre des remboursements méritent d’être dénoncées.

SCAM SCAM I didn't sign up to them didn't even know they existed until money went out of my bank. I got in touch and they said I had because of the personal details they needed....NO I didn't they said they will refund me and cancel it.....an later they took more money out of my bank. Again I got in touch and they said they have issued my refund but when I asked if I'm getting both payments they took refunded they said no. Its shocking but like another review on here I myself did purchase something lately off tiktok.....not sure if it's related
