My small child accidentally did a charge on my account and I wrote them a email and they got back with me quickly and was great. They refunded me the charge to the account.

Was great for the refund. But shouldn't have needed to ask for one. I made a purchase then was charged that and a subscription price that I didn't authorize. When asking for the refund they refunded it all not just the subscription so my order was cancelled that I really wanted. When I went to the site the products wasn't listed.
