This is a scam company. My order was buy 2, get one free. I’ve read their responses to all the complaints and oh, they are so sorry for the confusion and frustration. They should be saying they are sorry they are stealing from people and being scammers.
I immediately tried to call the number listed on PayPal and it was no good. I tried to email and it was an invalid email address. I called PayPal and told them what happened and they gave me a full refund and filed a dispute with this company. So far, I’ve gotten 2 emails wanting me to drop the dispute so they can take care of it themselves. Are you kidding me? Do you actually think I would trust you to take care of it? Not a chance. Don’t even respond to this review, I have no interest in your lies and made up excuses. You are a scam company and you belong in jail for fraud.

Took too long to receive my refund so I had to go through PayPal. I ordered item saying "Pay 3 and get 3 for free " instead I was getting charged for 6 items. Customer service did a good job in answering promptly but refund took too long seeing i asked to cancel immediately when i saw the overly price.
May consider ordering in future if website shows exact price to pay after currency conversion and before final click to purchase.

After pressure from Trustpilot to provide more information to MyHiRelief or they might delete my review I did. Its a waste of my time as they ignored my direct emails with them. Their phone numbers do not ring in.
I just spent hours reading many MyHiRelief reviews here on Trustpilot and found over 100 reviews that are almost verbatim to what happened to me. They are scam artists and they need to be put out of business. I am a 20 yeat PayPal customer and they ignored what happened to me . I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well as our States AG next.
for this company and listened to rhetoric and read many of the reviews. As someone who suffers greatly from neuropathy. I fell for it. I decided to order 1 jar. As the order was being processed it never showed me the amount being charged to my PayPal account. While processing was going on another video from this company had popped up that said please watch this entire video. Well I closed the video and then my processed order popped up and they had charged me $110.09 for 3 jars and had also set my order to repeat everything 3 months. I DID NOT ORDER 3 JARS NOR DID I SET UP A REPEAT ORDER....
Buyers beware. I find it hard to believe any of these positive feedback now.

Even after asking them several times to stop charging me exorbitant amounts of money for stuff that doesn't work and jars that are only half full, they still keep sending and charging. I will be reporting them as a scam company.

I just ordered 1 jar of this relief cream and had to watch an extended video before my order was completed. The hiRelief company withdrew $51.41 from my account but still no confirmation number, Oh, did I mention the video is now paused.I will be contacting my bank and the BBB in regards to this Company. People are So Scandalous.

I ordered 2 jars and 1 free jar back in February 2026. I am still waiting. It is now May. Customer service is dreadful. I now know I have been scammed and lost my AUD$183

When I received my shipment I tried out the cream immediately and was very pleasantly surprised at how fast it worked. I suffer from neuropathy of the hands and feet and have had multiple low back surgeries and while it worked quickly on hands and feet, it took a couple more applications before it was effective on my back

This company offers specials. I ordered two for a discount and was charged for three. I have tried many times to cancel and this website is deliberately obstructive. They have invoiced me again and I have contacted my credit card company saying they are fraudulent. Do not trust them they are dodgy and unethical. Just go anywhere that is not HI RELIEF. The invoice shows up as ROMEMD LEWES. Shocking and dishonest. I have left emails and cancelled on the online store. Its a scam Dont touch the site.
Nothing in the response from HI RELIEF absolves the experience i had or that another customer had with their charges, website, or response offline from Trustpilot. It does not require a discussion outside a public forum to resolve the experience I had and coincidentally another purchaser recently.
12/5/2026 I still have not had any response from HI RELIEF. This is through their official website. The feedback from Aga to send my information to an email address does not have a bonafide website at the moment, "under construction. Buyers be warned.

A resolution was reached that MYHIRELIEF will review the deliberate ambiguity in the website to ensure you dont get more than you ordered, that you dont become an automatic subscriber to their product. I am expecting to see a clean website that is easy to understand and use. The auto subscription function will be separated to avoid this particular pitfull.

I have been using total relief for period of time, but I have been seeing relief with my pain in my hands. It’s a wonderful product and I have recommended it to many of my friends and family who are also thrilled with the product. I have been using Total Relief for about a week. I feel it is helping with the pain in my lower back. I have a degenerative bone problem plus osteoarthritis and find Total Relief gives me some time without pain. I am anxious to see with time if it really helps more. I ordered again so with all I have will hope in a few months it will really make a difference.

I absolutely love this product. Natural and it really works. I was very skeptical about it. I really needed some relief. I have severe osteoarthritis and other ailments. I love the scent light and not a heavy cream. I highly recommend this product. I feel so much better. Some pain areas don't hurt anymore and some such a relief that I can tolerate it now. I'm sure this pain, too, will disappear. I can't say enough good things about this miracle cream. I, only purchased 2, but I'm definitely buying more shortly. Thank you I am getting more active again without the pain.
