Googled for reviews before approaching Colin from Precision and so glad I did. I had my own frames so wanted varifocal lenses. Colin took the time to explain the difference between the different type of lenses. He collected and delivered to my home taking the social distancing precautions.
These are the best lenses I’ve had so far and at a cheaper cost than any of the high street suppliers.
His service is second to none and I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to all my family and friends. It’s not often you get such good service these days.

Having received excellent service from Precision Optics last year, I had no hesitation in coming back for my first pair of varifocals. Great selection of stylish frames at very reasonable prices. Colin spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of varifocals and going through my requirements. He even made a short video on how to get the best out of the glasses and called me to see how I was getting on with them. The service Colin provided was prompt, efficient and professional and I will definitely be back again on the future.

After my spectacles basically fell off my face one evening I called Colin the following morning. My wife used him last year and he sorted out a practical and cost effective solution when her frames broke. I dropped them off and within a day I had the option of the frames he had in stock or one he could get in the same frame I’d had within 2 days. As I needed them quickly I opted for his stock frames and I must say I’m impressed. Look great, very good quality and excellent value and no high street pressure sales, just an honest assessment of what you need.

Already looking at options with Colin following my eye test due in 2021.

Dropped my frames off at 10am for new lenses and within an hour i had them back in my hand all done, that's service, its also handy living just down the road!
Will use again when required.

I was so happy that I made the decision to visit precision Optics. It was so refreshing to be seen on time and being able to park on site. The service was amazing and I got a great pair of glasses for a brilliant price.

Amazing choice of frames and lenses, to suit all prescription needs, tastes and budgets. I chose varifocals and prescription varifocal sunglasses and could not be more pleased with them! No hard sell, no hidden costs, parking on-site and dedicated non rushed appointment time. All of this, along with the fact that my two pairs of glasses cost me less than quotes I had received from other companies, means I will be returning after my next eye test and recommend others to use this great service!

I am massively impressed with both the quality of the varifocal lense, the fit and the fact they read my note to them and made the rimless lense just a little wider and squared off the lenses, just 2 mm on either lense is the difference between fitting and not! well done reglaze my glasses, when i am off holiday there will be another 2 pairs coming your way!

A very personal service with aftercare too. My frames were picked up from my place of work and dropped off. Timescales were better than advised. Thoroughly recommend.

I had my old glasses re-glazed with the super fast Transitions lenses, extra hard coating made to my new distance prescription lenses.
The customer service is excellent , the price is affordable and the turn around was extremely quick.
I must have saved at least £200.
