Very quick service and very helpful
Very quick service and very helpful. I did have a parcel go missing with Royal Mail but as Royal Mail couldn’t give a definitive answer as to where the parcel is, my crystal cushion has sent me another one. You don’t get that service from anywhere else. I would still definitely use this company again.

Beautiful
When I saw these cushions I thought how lovely they would be for Christmas presents for my friends and when they arrived which was very fast within 2 days I was not disappointed they are really sparkly and a nice size I'm sure they will be greatly appreciated will probably have to get some for myself now.

Hello Tony, I have just tracked your order and it seems your item was returned to us, it was only returned yesterday so I will have a look for it now. I do not know the reason why as they do not tell us on the Royal Mail website. Perhaps they could not find the address or it was incomplete. Either way please be assured that this is a very rare occasion as you can see form the many positive reviews we get. Thoroughly delighted with my purchase of 2 cushions! One is for a present and one is for myself. I had a job getting the website to work when ordering the cushions so had to order the basic cushion instead of the premium, but I received a phone call to check the spelling of the name required and I explained what had happened, I was given a free upgrade to premium! I was delighted and the cushion is stunning!! Thank you so much for being so considerate and helpful.
