Can’t get in contact with them. Terrible communication. I have a genuine issue I need to speak with them about but phone number is redirecting to a supply teacher agency and all emails bounce back! Please reach out to share working contact details.

I have already signed up to My Claim Group unfortunately I did so without any research. Which I suspect is exactly what the company are hoping for.
I was listening to Martian Lewis regarding these claim companies. From what he was saying it seems that should the initial test case be successful then finance companies will be making payments direct to individual who have had finance!!!!
So no need to sign up to any company to make a claim and end up paying a substantial amount to a third party.
Too late for me, mistake made and lesson learnt!
Once you sign up you have just 14 days to cancel, after that any work they say they have already done you will have to pay for.

I replied to emails and heard nothing back for quite a while so I called them and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and started my claim. However, when I emailed the solicitors, it became apparent that no claims would be settled until next year due to the court case and an extension to the lenders. Not sure why they are pushing this service when they cannot get anyone any money

Apparently they don’t deal with all companies that you claim against, take it as you feel !!

Poor/nil communication. I have logged a claim with this company months ago. Never had anyone contact me nor have I been able to speak with anyone via telephone as it goes into answer phone. I have tried to email, which also does not deliver.

Emma was most helpful and helped me to sort out my claim

The company keeps harassing me for months, despite me telling them numerous times that I don’t want to go ahead. I have had a senior manager call and tell me he knows best when I told him that I don’t want to go ahead, I’ve asked multiple time to remove my details. If it was a legitimate company they’d know I don’t qualify for a claim since I took my finance after 2021… they keep calling and emailing me from different numbers. Every single day 3-4 times a day. It’s harassment. I will be reporting this company and warn other to not give your details at all!
