Really happy with the service and the staff

Like last year, my service log book was not stamped and I had to ask them to stamp it. The dashboard service warning was not removed as well. These are pretty basic things

Overall communication and service was great.
A little frustrating trying to find the service centre as it's not obvious how to get in.
Manager was helpful and efficient.
Happy to recommend them.

The service and the other matters that needed attention was handled without any problems. The only thing I feel that should have been done was for them to ring me to let me know that it wouldn't be ready at 2.30pm rather than me hanging around for another hour for it to be ready

Andrew was awesome. Fixed my fan belt and did not charge me his labour. Also went out of his way to drive to Volkswagon to buy a genuine part for the belt and patiently had my car charged up and ready to go. I was happy with his commitment and the outcome. Cheers man :))

Quite slow to attend a customer at their reception even though at the agreed drop off time. Service seemed OK but nothing really to do on BYD. Was ready pretty much when they said. Would be nice "extra" if they put EV on charge when waiting and/or finished!

Okay but they did not rotate my tyres as requested. And quoted exorbitant prices for new tyres and wipers.

Flat tire could not be repaired. Got a mew tire Come in the next day got it fitted. Great job. Hope no more puncture in the future

Service completed as expected. It took longer than expected, about 5 hours, which seems excessive. Is this just an electric vehicle issue?
