Good experience overall
Staff were friendly and service was good. Price was reasonable too. Not to mention the convenience of being in the shopping centre while waiting for my car service.

Disappointed
Originally very good when first started going here 2.5-3yrs ago. But in last 12+mths there seems to be issues agter having services done. Let it go the first time, but now multiple times. Item being forgotten to be done, repairs not done properly or suddnely new issues occuring after service. Also claimed to know what problem is (100% certain) and then it turns out to be something else completely. Left me without a car for days at a time. Overcharged for electrical work (by more than double) - yes I have proof. Left wondering if I have been overcharged for other works... wonder if other folks have been overcharged too?
Very disappointing. Can no longer trust them.

I feel there was a big improvement with…
I feel there was a big improvement with the running of my car after my first visit to mycar & tyre, also since the wheels were rotated, a much smoother journey. I was kept in communication with what needed attention.
