Good service and advice.

The staff at MyCar Wanniassa are awesome. The fitted me in to fix the car and I have always had a positive experience when dealing with them. I highly recommend MyCar Wanniassa.

Log book service done and finished and still warranty compliant. They communicated and made a number of recommendations which we discussed and went with some now and others at a more convenient time.

They repaired my tyre, no appointment necessary, told me the state of my tyre and are just all around nice people to deal with.

Always honest with what needs to be worked on and go above and beyond to secure reputable parts at a pocket friendly price. My car is always left clean and with the log book signed.

The team at Wanniassa are always polite and can accomodate last minute jobs. Well done to Michael and his team at Wanniassa.

Weird customer service, not very welcoming and seemed annoyed. On drop off I was reminded of the earlier close time on a Saturday, it came to 20 minutes before close and I had not received the call for pick up, decided to call and was told the car was ready - they were just about to call! Sucks if I did not live close by.

Would not recommend. The AC in my car stopped working properly after a log book service. Later found that the cabin filter (that they recommended they replace, and was an extra charge) was not installed properly, being shoved into the space and was not sitting properly, air now struggles to come through the vents. Issue is unresolved and I'm not comfortable returning to mycar for a potential fix.
ALSO mycar said there is about 6 months worth of life left in the tyres, however it failed a safety check the following week as the 2 front tyres were balding on the inside.
Disappointing is an understatement considering the outcomes and extra charges amounted on top of the initial log book service quote.
