Excellent, prompt and friendly service. I won't be using any other mechanic moving forward.

Went with a enquiry about a scrape underneath my vehicle on left front , possible hole or dent they fast and efficient to reassuring and put on the heighst to check out the sighted the scrape and I drive away happy not damaged, thanks boys for double checking that for my vehicle

Michael and the team have been very helpful and instructive. Listened to my questions patiently and were able to explain things well. I was a bit unhappy with not being listened to by my Honda dealership, where I have been taking my Honda Civic 2018 for the last 8 years. As agreed, I was called to discuss anything that had to be looked at and fixed outside of the basic service. As a woman bringing a car in for a service, I don’t always get listed to when I ask for some things to be done and others not to be touched. I had a very good and happy experience this time around. The call centre worked hard to find a place for me to get my tyres done at short notice. The guys at wanniassa were efficient, effective and did what they said they would do. And they did it on time which helped me out heaps.

The staff were polite and proficient, dealing with me promptly.

Thanks to the mycar Wanniassa team who helped with a tyre puncture. They were able to fit me in immediately and get me on my way for an appointment on time. Greatly appreciated the timely service.

Excellent service

I was heading to Melbourne when my car started making a strange noise. I pulled into the workshop and explained the problem and the urgency. He quickly prioritised my job.
He got into the car and drove just 20 metres to identify the exact cause. As the replacement part takes a couple of days to arrive, he fixed the car, and Thanks to him, we managed to get to Melbourne without any trouble. Sorry, I couldn't get his name, but his knowledge and service were excellent!
