Needed Tyre Patched Urgently
Needed a tyre patched quickly on a Saturday @ 11:30am, gave Tyre and Auto Victoria Point a call and they told me to bring it down. Tyre patched in super-fast time, ready 15 mins later. Great service from the staff. Thanks for the great experience, will be using your service again. Cheers.

I recently had my car serviced and the wiper blades changed, however a few weeks later I noticed that the wipers were making a scraping noise. I kept planning to return but a few months passed by before I had a chance to do it. The staff member was very polite and helpful and advised me that sometimes a car wash can cause this to happen. They fixed it the following afternoon without charge. As a pensioner I was very happy and certainly recommend mycar Tyre & Auto to my friends.

Booking Thru Translink app Discount was NOT Honored
Had my wife's car serviced at Victoria Point last 23/06/2025.Booked online thru the Translink App since there was a $20 discount(Paid $ 209 instead of $229 for a Basic service.) Booking was facilitated by AUTO GURU This was a CONFIRMED booking.
But when I collected the car the Victoria point manager made me PAY an additional $29..Because the invoice showed that i owed them the amount.I showed him the CONFIRMED booking email but he said for me to CALL the main Office.
