The Manager explained my car's problem very clearly, and gave me options to consider, which I appreciated. The time quoted for the service was exact, also appreciated. The costs as quoted were reasonable.

Prompt
I discovered my front brake pads were worn out . I phoned Victoria point My Car & spoke to Dave Chapman . He settled me down and said he could have it done same day ( within 2 1/2 hours . Couldn’t be happier . Thank you Dave for great customer service .

The customer service was amazing
The customer service was amazing, Totally understanding I was running behind in collecting the car and they were able to hold the car for the night, accomdating the fact I just wasnt going to make it to the business . They were so polite and caring. positive can do attitude. Cannot recommend them enough.

Full service mycar Victoria Point provided…
As usual mycar Victoria Point provided great service looking after my vehicle which had a major service including timing belt change and waterpump as well as all the usually main service Inclusions. They would have completed all the works in a single day if it wasn't for an unforeseen seal needing replacing which wasn't noticeable until it was all dismantled but even after having to order that they still got my Ute back to me by noon the following day. Can't recommend them enough and the new manager Dave is a great guy to deal with.
