I am not a mechanic. Therefore I use and must trust people that are. A business provides more comfort than only a name.
I must assume the correct and all work has been carried out and completed, and that I have been fairly charged.
Bad word of mouth is not something that can be easily dismissed.

The staff went above and beyond to fit me in for a service with short staff, were very informative and provided great customer service.

The guys were brilliant, car didn't need much done but the service was great! Also booked me in within the week which is usually unheard-of with mechanics! Plus the Fly-buys points, BONUS!

We have been to MyCar Townsville three times in the last month - two car services and a puncture repair. On all three occasions the service has been excellent (and the puncture repair was done without charge). This has been our 'go to' auto repair shop for years and they still provide the same outstanding service. Josh, the manager, is also a very capable and knowledgeable manager and very personable to boot.

Thanks Jack. My daughter was there this morning to have a damaged rim and tyre checked out and the service from your team was way more than I could ever expect. You have a super team.

I had a replacement fuel pump fitted which unfortunately turned out to be faulty so went with having a genuine part installed instead. I couldn't fault the customer service given by Josh. He's very upfront, honest and courteous...a great guy to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic experience here. Been getting my CX3 serviced here for a few years and they are always so excellent at explaining everything to a 20 something girl with zero ideas about cars. Most recently I had a nail puncture in my tire and they were SO kind at squeezing me into their already super busy day. Could not recommend more! Thank you Josh and the rest of the team.
