The service staff were very friendly and listened to my concerns, then followed up and reassured me everything was great after the service and wheel alignment. They didn't treat me like the proverbial little woman either which means a lot to me. Awesome customer service, thank you!

Customer service was great, I was served by Sam at the front desk and he was friendly, gave proper information and served us quickly. I am happy with the roadside assistance policy just because I purchased new tyres and my car was worked upon immediately as booked and was ready within 3 hours not the whole day as other service stations take.

I go to mycar to get serviced and minor repairs. Sam the guy at the service counter was very helpful being as per petrol shorteners was helpful in ways with my repairs and replacements for parts of my Jeep. They looked after me very well explained to me as parts arrived from down south to North Queensland. I would recommend people to take their cars to be serviced . I am an elderly costumer and I recommend other elderly folks to take there cars for repairs. So so helpful..... and friendly. ***** stars.

Clear communication, firm quote, timely work and good service. Hard to fault. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is a couple of wiring clips left off - but a quick second visit resolved that.

Called to make an appointment for an urgent tyre replacement- provided rego and all details to be told 20mins into the appointment they don’t have that tyre in stock. Every experience I’ve had at this place has been appalling I try give them another shot but this is my final and last time! Always a hassle and always a waste of time

I responded to a tyre promotion on 14 March and was advised that the promotion was valid. Received a quote for $224. I offered to pay on the 14 March but the service advisor said I can come and pay on 28 March when the work will be done. I returned as agreed on 28 March at 8.15am and the 2 new tyres were fitted. At the point on payment, the service advisor told me that the system would not permit him to give me the 20% discount. I was totally disappointed because I genuinely responded to your offer and I wanted to take advantage of the discounts not that I needed to replace the tyres immediately. At the end of the day I paid the full price and difldnot get my ,$60 discount promised by the company. Very disappointed. The advisor also said I needed to change yhe rear brakes and rotary disc and when I come back he will work out a $60 discount for me then. The trust was already broken and I do not feel comfortable again dealing with the company again. I was expecting that the advisor will escalate the matter on Monday and ensure my discount was processed corrected even it could not be done on Saturday because the admin offices are closed.

Mechanics went above and beyond to find a suitable tyre solution for me at a very reasonable price.

Outstanding service! I needed four tyres replaced same day for a roadworthy and these guys delivered! They were clearly busy but squeezed me in and had my tyres done in less than an hour!

Great service. They called and asked us about a few things that needed replaced and asked if we wanted to go ahead and get it done. Gave us a price then and there. We are happy.
