I have been using Mycar Sunnybank for many years. Always have very positive experiences, the staff are friendly and ready to help explaining things. Always exceed my expectations!

Ross and the team were absolutely amazing . Allowing me to book in with no notice and sourcing genuine parts. I even managed to drop off my 2 nd car the same afternoon for them to service the next day. I am forever going to use mycar from now on.

Easy booking and nice staffs but price is a bit high and didn’t aware of the roadside assistance until just informed

We have had some wear and tear issues with our older vehicle - the team at my car have twice done some investigations on the vehicle and quoted repairs. Both times the work has been completed the final cost has been less than quoted and it was done in the time frame stated. Our car is now running like a dream thanks to team at Mycar - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It is very pleasant to enter the office as the staff responds with professional feedback immediately.
A few hours later I get the message and take my car, everything is done well and smoothly. Personally I am very impressed with Kohen, a positive and helpful young man.

Had a great experience. Went in to realign the car wheels. Was informed I needed new tyres. The person gave great advice and suggestion. Booked in for new tyres and alignment. Was surprised when I re-read the invoice (discount was applied). Thank you and it makes my day. :)
Will definitely refer my friends to the Sunnybank branch.

Well, one that very helpful. I am very front up with personalized service. That’s what I have found out through the bosses of my car the ones which I experienced if they’re not there, I won’t be there but the ones which I know five star ratings, personalized service, laughter, joking a great time you need laughter, and joke. In this world people are too serious so up themselves it’s not these people are wonderful. Good on them. Give them a pay rise rice

Great experience, quick checking and service done on time

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid $300 for a logbook service, even though I was initially told it would be $250.
For $300, I expected proper feedback on my car’s condition — battery health, spark plugs, injectors, etc. None of this was explained.
Instead, they just mentioned tyres and said to call them if I needed new ones, which felt more like promotion than genuine advice. They also said the AC cabin filter was bad, but didn’t ask or offer to replace it (it’s only around $35).
Overall, poor communication and not worth the money. I expected much better service.
