Poor service.
The logbook service should include a tyre rotation as all the tyres I've got from the same store.
I call back ask them why they didn't do the rotation. " Oh we did everything"........ I'll never use my car service again.

The gentleman who assisted me at the…
The gentleman who assisted me at the front counter was very friendly and customer focussed. He listened to what I had to say and I was very pleased that when I went to pick it up it was backed in so I had no trouble driving away. It is a very busy carpark and I appreciated this small detail. Would definitely recommend to friends.

So helpful
My car was having issues on the way home from the airport. MyCar was situated closer than my house. Called in, waited for them to open, obviously my car wasn’t going to be checked immediately but they got to it ASAP, it was also close to being due for a service, so they completed that for me as well.

Van repair
I booked in for our van safety check in a short notice and the store manager- Guy took my appointment and found a few items needs to be repaired.
After confirming with me for the repair, he immediately arranged the parts and had all done by the estimated time.
Being with mycar Sunnybank plaza more than 10 years, I highly recommend mycar sunnybank plaza for whoever wants to have their vehicle be serviced and looked after with excellent professional customer service.
