Very professional, efficient and excellent customer service that provided a hugely positive experience especially for a novice car owner such as myself.

Special thankyou to Natalie who was honest and attentive. It can be a bit overwhelming when dealing with the more nitty gritty details of car-related issues, but Natalie was very patient and thorough in her explanations - making sure I knew what was going on with my car in an easy to understand manner - and the mechanics did an excellent job with servicing it to run smoothly.

It's refreshing seeing this team who genuinely care for their customers and are passionate and excel in the job they do.

Affordable price, well explained and detail on what need to fixed and overall great customer service.

I originally booked the car in as I had a tyre puncture, and thought I'd do the service while the puncture got repaired, but instead I get a call that my brakes needed replacing, which was fine, safety first I get it, however after paying over $900 for a service and new brakes, the puncture wasn't fixed and I'm now still having to find another tyre company to fix it... so yup frustrating especially that tyre in is the name of Mycar Tyre and Auto and my tyre wasn't fixed...
They mentioned that they don't have a tyre bath to examine the tyre, which is fine, but why not explain this to me in the beginning beforehand, as I said the reason for the call was the puncture, and I still have the puncture, it was just frustrating driving away knowing I still needed to pay another company to do the job I booked the car in for originally.

Sent Ute in for service, diagnosed head gasket and quoted $5500 for repairs. Thermostat needed replaced. Not head gasket.

Excellent service! Had a tyre repair and balance booked in after a screw puncture on the road - booking was quick and easy, and Josh was friendly, helpful and efficient in getting the tyre repaired and back onto my car quickly.

Polite and prompt service. Honest condition report and no pressure to have extras done.

Got my car back from the service with light globes still out, windscreen wipers needing replaced and still missing like it's down a cylinder. Was charged for the more expensive service option without that being discussed (or needed) and generally quite disgusted with the way things have been handled. I have received a refund now however you have lost a very long term customer. I have trusted this company to do right by me and keep my vehicles safe and roadworthy for years and this latest service really dropped the ball. If I hadn't noticed/raised the issues, no one would have said anything. There was an outage on the day but if they couldn't do the work they should have told me so and we could have rebooked, not just hope I wouldn't notice.
