The location is close to home, the personnel were very helpful, informative and courteous. Vehicle ready as arranged.

The tyre can plan is great value and the customer service is top notch.

I've tried to use MyCar twice only to be told they don't do "gearbox' or 'auto-electrical' repairs, even though they clearly advertise these on their website. If a major repairer such as this can't get their website correct, you'd have to question leaving your car with them!?

Friendly service, quick and easy

This really was a 1st class experience apart from one little thing. Log book was incorrectly filled out necessitating a return to get it fixed. Everything else was great. Complimentary 12 months road assistance is a bonus.

The team went above and beyond to make things easier for me, especially since I had three young kids with me. They made sure they were safe and contained during the car pickup in a busy parking lot, which was such a relief—particularly since they have special needs. I didn't even ask for this, but they took care of it. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to others. Truly great work, team! From the bottom of my heart, I’m very grateful and will return soon to address the coolant and service.

Quick, friendly and got the job done

Southport My Car exceeded my expectations in customer service. I had a puncture in my run flat and there were supplier issues (not in control of My Car) and I really appreciated that Natalie kept me updated over the two weeks. When the car was booked in, it took 25 mins for the repair, they called me to let me know it was complete. I have a BMW, but I wouldn't hesitate to use My Car over the BMW workshop.

I would highly recommend MyCar tyre and Auto Southport took my battery for testing and recharging despite being extremely busy Natalie and the team managed to get my battery charged and tested the very next day.
