Service with a smile. The staff were all super lovely and very helpful. Also pleasantly surprised to have about the tyre Protection plan that comes with my tyres. Would happily recommend the Southland store.

MAKAYLA IS JUST SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Major work on front suspension and all brakes completed. The main reason I give 5 stars is because of the communication from staff at MyCar Southland. Matt and the team kept me in the loop through what was a challenging repair. Facing no access to my car for a long weekend the Saturday team completed the job and notifying me so I could pick the car up before closing instead of having to wait another two days. Well Done.

to be honest, very happy with the service, but to be asked to pay $30 in parking fees at southland, to cover the cost of our car being serviced was a bit rich. will think twice about continuing with mycar due to this.

Michela is the most amazing staff member you have. She always explains everything to me and never treats me like I am a woman and don’t understand. I have started recommending her and your shop to all my friends and family.

Great, quick and easy experience with the guys at mycar southland. Unfortunately didn’t catch the guy at the desk’s name but he told me it was his first week. If that’s the case he’s already a great add to the team, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Would recommend all over again

I was told coolant leak but the mechanic couldn’t tell me where is the leak?
I was verbally told coolant was topped up but it wasn’t.

We only booked in on Friday and the receptionist was so helpful and guided us all the way. We were able to get a quick appointment on Monday.

Absolutely fantastic! Mikaela (probably spelt wrong my bad) clearly explained what the car needed and created an overall great experience! The team did a great job and the car felt even better after the work!

Well the receptionist is always helpful and also she seems to know about the mechanics of cars.
I have used mycar a number of times now and have been satisfied. I have a hybrid car and I'm told mycar don't deal with internal hybrid batteries. To date this has not been a problem.

Great communication from I arrived till pick up time. Kept me informed on progress and what needed doing.
