The puncture was not fixed, I believe the wrong tyre was taken off and looked at.
Nice greeting and getting it done early, problem now is I have to go back to get fixed again.

Will rate 6 stars if I could! I was very slack with my car service, but after getting everything serviced and wheel alignment, it's as good as new!

I had a question about vibration in back of ute and the found my tires were faulty.

My car was booked for a wheel alignment, rotate tyres front to back and a suspect puncture. When I collected my car I asked how much was the alignment out - oh the printer is not working so we cannot give you a printout. So did it need a wheel alignment? No response. When I asked what caused the puncture. I don’t know, I didn’t do the work on your car. Was it a nail or screw? You know what tradies are like dropping things on the road. They probably replaced the value! On the way home, my car advised that the front left tyre was going flat. I checked the pressure in all tyres and found the rear right tyre has 45 and the others were around 40. I released air to make all tyres the same pressure. The car has been parked since Thursday and I have checked the tyres a couple of times and they remain at 40. Anyway, not the best experience I have had a mycar at Robina. I would like to know what work was carried out on my car but they were elusive in providing me the specific details, but quick to take my money.
