You had my car all day to find out why there was a noise in front right wheel and eventually your technician said my power steering pump was faulty.And you could not fix it ??? On arriving home I found there was no power steering fluid in tank and bought a Bottle of fluid and it fixed the problem. The car has been great ever since .!!! Very bad service by MYCAR . Suggest you get some professional mechanics .

We have only ever received the best service from mycar Robina - to the point where other family members of ours now take their cars there.

Kev, in particular, is amazing - and manages to keep a smile on his face and make you feel welcome even when he is hectically busy. He contacts us timeously if there are any problems we need to know about, and our cars are ready within 6-7 hours 95% of the time.

They were friendly, prompt and efficient and didn’t try too hard to upsell me on anything.
Advised me 2 of my tyres could be replaced but were still roadworthy for a few thousand more Ks.

On Saturday 30/5/26 my car overheated. It was towed to My car Robina and left over the weekend. On the 1st June Monday, the car was assessed and needed a new Water Pump to be fitted. The Job was completed that same day, very much appreciated.

Kevin at the desk made the process seamless and on completion, actually explained every matter and what I was entitled to as a form of warranty and value add.

I get my car serviced here regularly. Staff are always polite and friendly and contact me if they come across an issue during the service. They take time to explain what needs to be done and why. They also offer the option of fixing the problem immediately, or suggesting a time frame during which I can get the repairs done at my convenience. On this occasion, I needed to add a wheel alignment and replacement wiper blades to the Service.
