From the time I booked my car in to have a service they were giving me all the information I needed, rang me to let me know I needed a particular filter that wasn't in my last service that needed replacement before they put it in when I picked up my car explained I will need new tyres and gave me a quote very professional

Left grease marks all over the front and back door from getting in and out of car im assuming. After i’d just had it properly cleaned.

Well I stuffed some tyre's dodging a cat on the road. I drove up & they didn't mess about with "You don't have an appointment" they just fixed it. Fast and simple.

Very quick response and staff are very friendly.

I told him to do tyre rotation, wheel alignment but they did only wheel alignment.

Our car needed a new radiator asap these guys got it done on the day we took it in told them ill pick it up in the morning asap. so far so good, we haven’t had any problems yet with our car been overheating its been 3 days now so thank you guys. Andd sooo glad they do after pay too 😊

Initially was cancelled as mechanical was sick, they re booked on a date that suited me and I was able to pick the time of collection. Lady in charge was very helpful

Very unhappy customers after booking my holden colorado for a clutch replacement on 06/01/2025,
ONLY to receive call next day. They could not fix my car due to new manager left store, but have to wait till new manager arrives and will give me call back when to bring my car back in to redbank Plains store.

Honestly if I could give minus I would. Got a service, was satisfied thought I got looked after by them. Booked in for the next the extra work they recommended I needed done. I broke down on the way to my service, ended up at another mechanic where I discovered the oil hadn't been changed and there was no coolant at all. Very disappointed.

The service was quick, staff were professional, courteous and honest.
