Comprehensive and quick car service.

Service completed in a good time frame. Clear quote as required and flexible with booking back in. Only issue, hard to get in but that is more a positive sign to their workmanship.

Not even 3 weeks after a service, my car battery died. The corrosion is so bad I have to replace the terminal. i have no faith, a battery check was completed as they didn't mention this to me or that it may need replacing soon.

I left notes about my concerns regarding the starting issue and a strange sound when I booked the service online. However, when I came to collect my car, there was no comment or explanation provided regarding those issues.

When I asked about them, the front staff was not sure so another mechanic quickly took the car out for a test drive. This left me feeling uncertain about whether a proper inspection had been carried out during the service.

Very unhappy. The spare remote control was returned completely in pieces and the plastic frame trim around the passenger door handle is now missing

MyCar were quick to diagnose the issues and provided a quote upfront so no hidden costs...they also had my car ready 3 hours earlier than quoted which meant I could go to work for a few hours

Highly recommend these guys. They had my vehicle half a day to replace rotors & brakes they done an amazing job at the right price definitely be going back to them in near future
