Almost excellent.
Would have been a 5 star except I was told it would take an hour. After an hour they hadn’t even started on my car. Took another 40 mins.

Great communication, patience and honest!
Great communication from booking my car in to letting me know progress to picking it up. I felt the manager spoke to me like a real person, and took time to explain things so I understood.

Kathy (receptionist) was very cheerful…
Kathy (receptionist) was very cheerful when I dropped my car off. She also called me regarding a few things that the mechanics found and gave me the options before just going ahead.
Kathy also advised me that she would call me as soon as my car was ready to be picked up.
