Exceptional service
From first point of contact by phone was exceptional with the service I received then on the day of dropping my car off I was greeted by Kath who was smiling and was very attentive regarding pick up time. It’s always good to be greeted by someone smiling and friendly. Keep up the great work Kath

Avoid
The work was done incorrectly. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because they stayed back to fix it.
They also insisted I needed new tyres when my tyres were only 18 months old and regularly tested for tyre pressure etc. Avoid

Counter service fantastic - poor tyre fitting - rims covered in oil overspray
The counter service was fantastic, The trye fitting not so. I don't mind so much when the tires are sprayed with oil when finished, but to over spray onto rims and not clean after, is not professional. I'll now have to go and wash that oil of the tires and clean the rims. just cleaned the car and rims 1 week ago. So yeah not happy about the poor trades skills on clean up.
