Completed with a minimum fuss

I booked through Autoguru which gave me a good price. The service was completed quickly and efficiently and they provided some information on a possible warranty claim I could make with the manufacturer.

Very easy ans smooth service.

The driver's side car mats were dirty. The person who serviced the car did not clean the mats which were clean when the car was dropped off.
The guy at the reception was very courteous before and after the service. He informed us what needed to be done.

I booked my logbook service between 3-16/02/2025 and had the logbook done on 21/02/2025 (completed by 28/02/25).
Parramatta Mycar did not honor the $100 off the next Logbook Service. Instead, I was told that I needed to ring Mycar Customer Service for the $100 off.

In addition, the logbook service also provides a 12 months free road assistance. Verbally, the Customer Service Officer said it does. However, no where in the Tax Invoice shows any indication of the 12 months free roadside assistance.
Appreciate that you follow-up.

Very prompt service

This was my first time taking my car to this workshop. I liked how smooth and convenient the whole process was. Scott the manager was clear, honest and pointed out recommendations to get my car sorted with manufacturer instead of trying to push themselves to do it for the money. I highly recommend this workshop.

No nasty surprises - car serviced and pink slip done no problems - even though i forgot to ask and had to ask them to do the pink slip after car was ready.

Also would have been great if car had been washed.

Also i have not received my petrol 17c per litre notification which was mentioned in the offer that it would be emailed.

The manager was very knowledgeable and tended to all the clients with respect and patients.

Ease of drop off and pick up when getting yearly service. Extensive report of work performed.

It would have been a 5 except I haven’t received a report on what was actually done.

Have been using mycar for about 40 years, mainly for its convenient location. Over the years, became known to the managers.
Always had a great experience and reasonably priced.

The team did great work. All the paperwork was ready when the car was dropped off and pick up was smooth as well

Booked in for a Safety Inspection. The workshop was really busy on a Friday morning. Some staff had not turned up so the mechanics on duty were really stretched.
Despite all this, the job was performed on time & the staff were friendly & professional.

Parramatta store is at Westfields is very easy to find. It was my first time using MyCar as I have an EV and wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Service was done promptly and efficiently. 😀
