I had my Mustang serviced here two months ago. It needed two new tyres. They gave me a quote for the brand I have already have on my car, which was not cheap. They also let me know of the Black Friday 24 sale for another well known brand tyre, whereby the tyres were half price . They could have not told me and I would have been none the wiser paid the quote given. They didn’t have to tell me, but they did.
With the cost of living crisis they are looking after their customers. Big Kudos to the management and team. Thank-you!!

I came back to my car after Christmas shopping only to see a screw in my tyre. As I was at NL shopping centre went straight into My Car & they couldn't have been more helpful. They first checked to see if the screw could be removed & when it couldn't got me in as soon as they could,fixed my puncture & even validated my parking without me asking. Thanks team, you delivered 5 star service & could not have been more helpful & friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend My Car Northlakes, I have not found better service anywhere.

I had a flat tyre on the motorway and only had a narrow tre replacement.
I took it to MyCar who immediately replaced it for me.
They were understanding and courteous

Mechanics are really bad at diagnosing issues and end up recommending work that doesn't actually fix the problem. Whats worse is they are not even testing that the work they are doing is solving the problem and so put us in a dangerous situation.

We ended up paying $1,000 for work that didn't fix the issue at all, and when we took it back to the garage they said they cant even fix whats wrong with it.

Shaun is absolutely fantastic and every time my family and I go there, he assists us with everything we need. From servicing to tyres to mechanical advice, I feel very confident leaving my car here and know when I go back on the road that my family and I will be safe.
