Had.an issue with my headlights. Fixed the problem . Found another problem where it would have to be rescheduled. Happy with the results.
It was just OK
It was just OK. I specifically went to this store because of it's location which was totally on point. A bit pushy and emailed a quote for new tyres that I hadn't asked for. Need a bigger waiting space. Sadly it didn't measure up for me and probably won't return

False advertising and rude staff
When I put my car rego in, came up with my car details then a list of tyres available. I choose the cheapest ones, as that’s all I could afford. Once my car was in, I received a phone call saying it would be an additional $60. That $60 was all I had left to feed my children. Why have a website where you can put your car details in, book and pay, than be charged more. That’s false advertising. The lady at the reception had attitude and wasn’t pleasant either.

Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service I received from MyCar.
I was initially assured that my vehicle issue had been resolved after replacing a sensor, only for the warning light to return shortly after. It was only then that I was advised the DPF allegedly needed replacement — despite later claims from customer care that I had supposedly been advised of this on multiple occasions, which is completely untrue.
What concerns me most is the pattern of being sent away with reassurance that there are no further issues, only to return again weeks later facing additional repairs and costs. This is now the second experience I’ve had with the company involving unresolved mechanical issues shortly after repairs were completed.
Rather than genuinely addressing the concerns raised, the response from customer care was simply to stand by their position without accountability or any attempt to resolve the matter. As a paying customer, I expect transparency, accurate communication, and confidence that repairs have been properly diagnosed before being told everything is fine.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in the quality of service and aftercare provided.

Shawn,the Manager is superb in his customer service,I had not been back to MyCar since March 2025, due to various circumstances,and he recognised me immediately and greeted me by my name and with a great smile. I had acquired another vehicle in the interim, as per his advise for my safety and having a reliable vehicle. He confirmed immediately that I had made a good choice in my Honda Jazz. I was booked in for a service, he phoned me to advise that I would need new tyres and could they go ahead. He was considerate that I would have to wait longer. What a good job Michael did(the mechanic). I’m 100% satisfied with the service and care shown to me ,always. I’m very sad and disappointed to learn that Shawn will be leaving MyCar North Lakes,what a loss. He runs a tight shop keeping his finger on the pulse and extending excellent customer service and care. He will be sorely missed. I trust that the next manager will be able to fill his shoes.
