quick, friendly book-in and counter service, price was reasonable, the only gripe was that they promised to email us the price before service, but didn't, but did let me know before I left the car there. overall good experience

Friendly, efficient and great service. My car was not booked in until 2pm but I had to drop off early and they fitted my new tyre before my allotted time. Thank you so much!!!

Booked in first thing on a Monday and waited about hour and a half for my tyres to be fitted and when I went to pay I was told that the internet was down. “No fault of their own,”Luckily I had cash to pay which was handy but had to chase up my Flybuy points a couple of days later which the young lady was able to to do for me over the phone. But all in all everything went smoothly and I have no complaints.

No issues with the mechanics. Have always had positive experiences here but the blonde lady on the front desk was not friendly, made me feel like everything I asked her was a chore and I was bothering her to even be there. Honestly makes me not want to come back.

He was on time, very friendly, did the job professionally, told me what he did on my car, send the invoice and I was happy

The company provided great customer service despite being short-staffed. It is always nice to see businesses going the extra mile for their customers.
