As always the Team at Mycar North lakes are more than happy to help and make time to look after my tyre repairs. They are super friendly and have everthing sorted while i'm at work.

I had a great experience with mycar Tyre & Auto North Lakes. I really appreciated how easy it was to book and pay online — the system was clear, simple to use, and had plenty of options for times and days, even over the busy Christmas period.

On the day, the team were polite, professional, and efficient, and the job was completed quickly without any fuss. It made the whole process stress-free, which is exactly what you want when dealing with car maintenance.

Good service and excellent customer service

My 2010 people mover needed a lot of work (rear suspension, oil leak, new tyres). The team at MyCar North Lakes were upfront about the costs and how long it would take. Communication was excellent.
Once the car was repaired I felt like I didn't need to stress anymore about making the interstate journey to see family for Christmas thanks to their quality workmanship.

I found it very easy to phone book appointment with a real-time customer service rep. I like the follow-up reminder received a couple days out from my appointment. On my arrival for allocated appointment the office assistant promptly accessed my correct details. I asked in addition to tyre rotation/balance for a verbal report on my tyre tread condition on completion of works, which they did. I received a phone call 30mins after drop-off that my vehicle was ready to pickup, perfect. I am impressed with the North Lakes branch, they never disappoint, keep up the great customer service work.

I always forget to ask the man who does the front desk his name but he’s great. Remembers me, so efficient, understanding and explains things without dumbing it down. The price and customer service is what brings me back.

Was surprised about how quick the service was based on the price charged, just on one hour and they called to say it was ready $350+, thank you. When I check the invoice all they really done was oil change, new oil filter and windscreen wash additive.. in my opinion a little expensive.

I had my car’s air conditioning checked and regassed at MyCar North Lakes, and the service was excellent. The team was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and let me know when the car was ready, plus a quote if I wanted to go ahead with any further maintenance/repairs on it. The aircon is now working perfectly—just in time for summer! Highly recommend them for honest, reliable service.
