Communication from the team was great
Communication from the team was great. The online booking requires a pickup time which cannot be guaranteed but follow up phone call and at the time of booking made sure I was aware of this. They did manage to complete the service in a very reasonable time so did not have to wait all day to get my car back which is appreciated.

I dropped my car off at 8am
I dropped my car off at 8am , received a call At 3pm to tell me they found extra things that needed doing to my car. I approved the 2small jobs , and left the major job until i had a second quote.
Services is great , time management very poor.

We've been here 3 times now and they…
We've been here 3 times now and they always do a great job. We are from the country and they finish as early as they can so we can avoid rush hour. We have a EV and they usually put some charge in.
