Lack of communication
Didn’t complete all of the elements of a service - no wiper fluid and coolant only half full. Also would have liked a phone call to discuss other items outside of service that could be done on the car to avoid me having to re-book a time to take the car in. I now have to book another time and date to get some minor repairs completed.
