Great price for what I needed done to my ute and were very accommodating with when I needed to drop the ute off. Very happy with their service.

Staff are friendly, service time was quick. Great location at Midland Gate. Would recommend definitely.

Worst shopping experience. They did not have my tires but still ask me to come to store. Then let me know after 2and half hrs that they don’t have stock. I hang around in midland gate for two hrs for nothing!

Car booked in for 10 30 and 3 hours later had not been touched.
No communication from service admins whatsoever.
Absolutely disgraceful.

Got the essential plus service, didn't rotate tyres or reset the service odometer...told me there is an oil leak when I picked it up and thay I should degrease the engine to see if I could see where it was coming from, so much for a detailed inspection! If they had rung me to tell before picking it up, would have got them to investigate...isn't that the reason you take your car to a mechanic?

I went here for 2 new tires and wheel alignment, had noticed that the coolant level was low and on the day my appointment the car started running on 3 cylinders.
The car was taken in for the service, afterward they told me on what could potentially be wrong with the car and offered proper solutions; it’s the kind of service everyone wants from a garage, perfect!
I noticed that with the wheel alignment the car slightly pulled to one side and that the steering wheel wasn’t centered anymore, scheduled a new appointment to have this corrected, this was done timely and free of charge.
All in all I would highly recommend MyCar in Midland, they take their time to do a great job, they actually listen to the customer and if it’s not perfect they’ll do whatever it takes to make it perfect.

Very friendly and helpful customer service

They were efficient and competitive with pricing but both my front door handles and steering wheel were covered in black grease when I picked up the car.

Popped my tyre on a public holiday and was able to book and pay online to get a new one first thing the next day. Rocked up and they greeted me by name, made the drop off and pick up super easy. Great customer service, very happy!

My car was completed on time and everything was fine but there were so many grease marks on the body of my car and rims. It would have taken maybe a few minutes to remove it and I would have been so happy. I only just cleaned my car so it definitely wasn’t there before. I would appreciate if they had a bit more care and pride in their work. I also asked twice for a quote on some repair work and they didn’t get back to me when they said they would. So I took my business elsewhere

The staff were accommodating and very friendly. There technical skills were very good and trying all their best in answering my queries about car issues.

Service was completed within my requested timelines (+/- 30minutes).
Identified a problem which they explained they couldn't rectify, but pointed me towards another company that could. Impressed by their integrity!

Albert and the team @midland gate my car were fantastic 👏 👌 I didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me in to fix my squealing car and was kept nicely informed about the process and what was wrong

Had my car serviced today and a radiator problem solved for me.
I was very pleased with the service and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you to all that helped with my car. Very much appreciated. A friend recommended My Car to me and I will always be going there from now on
