Went in for a wheel alignment and balance ready for my trip to SA from WA. Mycar Midland did a great job getting the car dead on. Would recommend to go again.

Very happy they price matched a cheaper quote i had received elsewhere.

My tyre was punctured on the way to work and they fixed it for me way before the time they had given me.

When they called me during the car service to list of a whole heap things need to be done, and then tell me it will cost today $1800 instead of $299 Did not ask if I wanted it, I am use to be asked and told they have found such issues would you like us to fix it now, or book another time.
I asked for a service and realise they will look over car Fantastic, then talk tp the customer like they are a person.
I was just another Job and lets try make thia as expensive as possible

My day started off with me finding out I had no break lights, I was off to midland i rang my car to see if they could fit me in, without hesitation they fitted my car in. Went to go pick up my car, my car wouldn't Start due to my battery. It was rush against time to replace my battery in time to pick up my son. The service was amazing!! The staff were professional and I was at breaking point where everything went wrong that day. They helped me and worked on my car. Thank you!!! Amazing service

Outstanding service from mycar Midland. The team quickly diagnosed a persistent rattle as worn suspension parts, explained the issue clearly and fixed it sooner than expected. The price was fair and the quality of work excellent. The rattle is gone, and the car now handles like new. I keep coming back here for all my mechanical work because they always do a great job and never try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! . A bit more communication re: repair status, would have been better. I didn’t know diagnosis of problem, or, if said problem could or would be rectified. I am very happy though that problem was seen to asap, and it was dealt with urgency. I appreciated the phone call to part delivery service to speed things up, as I had to keep an appt. Thank you!
