I messed up the online booking but they still squeezed me in. Service was completed eaky than expected.

Very friendly staff, easy to drop off and pick up

I am very very upset. My baby's carseat was taken out and not properly put back in, this is cause for concern. Such a safety hazard, I just cant comprehend why I was not told about this. My son was being put into the car that night and my husband couldn't believe what they had tried to do.

The car service was great, and the staff were great. This was just a very Unacceptable mistake

On time service was great n efficient

Was able to book in within a week for a service, at service identified other issues was able to fix on the same day. Give a breaks for life option which was unexpected but nice and 6 month road side assistance warranty. Had an issue with engine light turning on a week later took it back team looked at it straight away and fixed the issue within an hour. Both gentleman I dealt with on the phone and service desk were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will use again.

Prompt service, I was kept informed and timely completion of work as per promise

The people there are so helpful, friendly and they will greet you with a smile in their face. For example you are buying tires for your car, they will look for a better brand and a deal that includes all the works to put the new tires like alignment, etc that still in your budget.
