Was fantastic to have a reliable honest friendly face and direct given knowledge of my car and what and where my car is at and doing what I asked to do without being pushy and trying to sell more than needed was lovely to feel valued and listened to will be using this mechanic and business from now on I’m a country girl and the old fashion value this business had is so refreshing and warm

Honesty in advising of timeframe for tyre puncture repair, having received the tyre just before closing time, then efficient dealing with the issue, notification, and refitting to the vehicle without issue. Friendly, helpful service always. Our regular place for all things tyres.

Great job by the team,professional, fast,and the result i was after, I was recommended by a friend now I would recommend them.

The service was so quick. They advised to finish the service in 3 hours but I received the message that I could pick up the car just after 2 hours.

It was quite easy to get an appointment and they were very thorough finding any issues, rang and advised me before anything was done. Friendly and got it back before 1pm.

They called to let me know how the service was going and anything they recommend getting done, it didn't feel like I was pressured for all these add ons - they advised what they recommend and what could probably wait.
They didn't just assume I knew what everything was for ect they would say what it was and whatnot did and give me options.

Very efficient, experienced team that enjoy and proud of their work. This is reflected in how they treat their customers with respect, like family . Informed when they found parts that needed replacement with a quote for those items. Service finished on time and a clean interior.

Also very friendly staff at My Car Melton who explain the work completed and warranty on service. Just to think I used to stick with dealership services which are just a rip off.
