Spongy Brakes after Service
Brakes were soft and spongy after service. The service included a full vehicle fluid change which included new brake fluid. I had to bleed the brakes to remove air within the lines after the service.

Have been taking both our cars to mycar…
Have been taking both our cars to mycar on Wellington st for close to 2 years now and the service has always been incredible and reliable. Aaron and the boys are super helpful and approachable and I will continue taking both our cars there for the foreseeable future.

Always amazing, helpful, very friendly and great price. Gives great useful advice, communicates everything clearly before proceeding with anything, and all done in a timely fashion. Best service and experience I’ve had with a vehicle repair business. Aaron is super helpful, professional and lovely!

I highly recommend them to anyone with any care troubles. There are attentive, well priced, efficient, honest, professional and super friendly. 11 out of 10 - will absolutely be back again in a few months for my next service

Had a regular essential plus service as…
Had a regular essential plus service as always as per the schedule due service with Aaron and the team at Launceston centre.
I live about 3 hrs away from this centre but travel this distance for each service and any log book scheduling repairs.
I find I get good old fashion customer service they are very helpful, always polite and know I get a top job done and I am walked through what was done and advised of any issues that need to be addressed on the next service along with any additional costs.
Overall great people, great service and advice they make you feel good not treated as just a number
Keep up the great work.
