Very easy booking services and able to accomodate so well. Very convenient location in the heart of Launceston. Very polite employees.

Always happy with MyCar. Love the 12month complimentary roadside assistance. Aaron keeps me informed with a call if anything extra needs doing or is recommended. My file is updated so I know what to expect next service, ie what extras might be due. I’ve used the roadside service and had a punctured tyre repaired and it was simple and easy. I trust these guys and their work in every instance.

The staff have always been helpful and explain the workings of the car simply so I can understand. They do not over service which makes them trustworthy! My car always runs smoothly which indicates an excellent service and they are always prompt.

Great service
Staff are helpful and friendly; I was made aware of any extra costs up front prior to any work being carried out.
I had my car back in under two hours after a full service and some additional work that needed doing. Advised of future work that would need to be done as well at the next service.
I liked that the guy didn't treat me like an idiot which is what I have experienced by other mechanics.
