I have used this centre for years and always found them to be professional and competitively priced. Best part you know what your are paying for is actually done and done to a high standard.

My car was dropped at 8am, ready by 12.30 for a major service for a small car!
The staff was able to let me know the price before I booked the service for no hidden surprises and told me what the service would entail.

Needed a timing belt change, quoted for that. Then found that the balance belt needed changing, which wasn’t quoted and Mycar couldn’t perform. Now I have to take it to another mechanic to get both timing and balance belt replaced. The other mechanic is saying a 2nd year apprentice could change a balance belt, so I’m puzzled why the Mycar mechanics can’t. I won’t be back for any more services

Once again the MyCar team met and exceeded my expectations. From the warm reception on arrival, knowledgable staff and a full quote of work to be done, I was looked after from start to finish and could not recommend the team more highly.

They give you up front quote for work and ring if they find anything. Wait was just a little long, but OK for what had to be done.

I have tried to get in contact by phone but the call was not answered by a human and returned to the recorded message. I got 2 new tyres on my vehicle last week after having 2 replaced by mycar this time last year. I requested that the new tyres be rotated with the older ones, saying that I was driving to Melbourne from Newcastle in a few days. The afternoon before I left my car indicated loss of pressure and when I adjusted the air pressure, I noted that one of the tyres had been damaged when installed (I took photos) and had not been rotated.

Good job done and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful.
